WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump “resorted to crimes” in a failed bid to cling to power after losing the 2020 election, federal prosecutors said in a newly unsealed court filing that argues that the former president is not entitled to immunity from prosecution.

It would appear Jack realizes SCOTUS has defined immunity
that exists, but he pretends--as the left does with citizens' (inalienable) rights described in the Bill of Rights--that SCOTUS granted such immunity and therefore courts may take it away.
I'm quite sure SCOTUS didn't say prosecutors were free to convince judges or courts to remove immunity in cases where a president was otherwise (circumstantially) entitled to it.
