Cows in California have tested positive for highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) and are now in quarantine, according to the state's Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA).
California hosts a fifth of the nation's dairy cows, and it is the number one producer of milk, butter, and ice cream, and the number two producer of cheese and yogurt in the US.
The current infections of HPAI among cattle in the US started in March, when a 'mysterious' illness broke out among dairy cows in Texas...These cows were the first in the world to officially test positive for the bird flu virus...
Since March, the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) reports that 197 cattle in total have tested positive for bird flu in no less than 14 states...

I was raised on a dairy farm in Wisconsin.
I milked a few cows in my lifetime-—and not just with the Surge milkers. When power would go out-—They had to milk by hand.
I left the farm at 18 & now live a long way from there.
I was riding horseback with a neighbor about 16 years ago & we were talking about “ALMOND MILK”.
Told her IT was hard enough milking a cow by hand-—I couldn’t IMAGINE HOW HARD IT WAS TO MILK AN ALMOND BY HAND.
She almost fell off her horse laughing.

Another coincidence.
I’m all for public executions of people like Fauci and others engineering this kind of stuff. Immediate executions.
Sugar - from God
Milk - from God
But ..... humans know better than God, so........
Re: 11 - yes. There’s a group that post to stoke the fear.
Comments on fires in food processing facilities is one example. But ask them the question how the number of fires compare to those over the past 10 years? Then the fear and doom posters have no answer, which is what the ignorant usually do.
Gen. 6:6 NKJ
"And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart."
I went to a State Fair in Connecticut last week, and met an elderly dairy farmer at one of the exhibits.
He made the comment that “some people are against immigration” and I quickly corrected him by saying “some people are against illegal immigration, not immigration”. He then said “I don’t want to talk politics, but if all these people were deported today, there would be no food tomorrow.”
It was clear he didn’t want to go into it further and he excused himself to talk to others.
But it was clear to me that he did not mind illegal immigrants because it provided cheap labor to him, and thus supported open borders. Normally, I might have let political things pass, but his comment was clearly a Leftist dig at Conservatives when he baldly stated “some oppose immigration”, which is a standard Leftist lie.
Many of us are not against immigration, we are against ILLEGAL immigration and open borders.
If it had been a different forum, I would have said “I understand your need as a dairy farmer, but open borders, just leaving them wide open as they are now is not the solution, and is destructive, because open borders and a welfare state cannot coexist. If you wish to address that issue there are other less dangerous and counterproductive ways to do it, such as work visas.”
But the Left wants the voters, and the Deep-staters of both parties want cheap labor, so that is their pact.
And our country will be destroyed because of it.
There is a push for RFID tagging and registration of all livestock.
This is probably manufactured to advance that agenda.
Ramp the PCR test cycles up enough and they’d probably find it on the rings of Saturn.
So he was hiring illegals to run his business. I’ll bet at reduced wages and I’ll also bet he wasn’t paying payroll tax or insurance for them?
If that’s the case he’s simply a crook. Like most on the left, they are “benefiting” (AKA stealing) from the environment the cartel is providing.
“...nearly identical...”
Whole lotta wiggle room in that statement.
Anyone else smelling a Deep State rat...?
“Then the fear and doom posters have no answer, which is what the ignorant usually do.”
You have this data you speak of? When a new phenomenon crops up that no one was looking at before, sometimes the data is not there. But what is ALWAYS there is an agent provocateur telling everyone to disregard what you see and hear... nothing out of the ordinary here! Go watch tv and have a sodie pop.
But you know that, as a professional.
And as a professional agitator, I would expect you to cite some nonsense rabbit hole article thrown together by a dubious source which navigates like walking through the Winchester Mystery House.
But out of sheer morbid curiosity, and since we’re old friends, let’s have it. I’ll give it a look.
I am more than willing to pay more for milk, butter, cheese, and beef if only native born or naturalized Americans are available for farm and ranch work. We had about 40 years (1924 to 1965) with a low immigration rate yet we had such an abundance of dairy products that under the New Deal, milk was dumped and crops and farm animals destroyed to drive up commodity prices.
May 2024
Researchers who sequenced viruses from wastewater samples from 10 Texas cities found H5N1 avian flu virus in 9 of them, sometimes at levels that rivaled seasonal flu.
I’m not a fan of the taste. It just isnt the same to me.
California has a lot of cows? I didn’t know that. The flatulence must be terrible.
CUSTARD? no yoke! if it looks like custard and tastes like custard...it’s custard!
But they never answered the important question - can the infected cows fly?
Pasteurization kills off the virus - just trying to scare us - again...
Those labs produce some real nasty stuff.
Just stop the testing
Getting close to the time to lock us all down and slaughter all the cows like saint FDR did.
