A court decided Thursday that voters in the presidential battleground of Pennsylvania can cast provisional ballots in place of mail-in ballots that are rejected for a garden-variety mistake they made when they returned it.

They’re sure trying to get their cheat in, aren’t they?
Provisional, my Aunt Fani.
Count every ballot!
In some areas, you can vote 4 times.
1) mail-in
2) drop-off
3) in-person
4) in-person provisional (neighboring precinct).
There are no rules as to whether these ballots, once determined to be ‘duplicates’ are to be thrown out.
They could be tossed into a special “bin” to be dealt with later...IYKWIM
Count EVERY ballot.
In theory this Should mean they can cast a ballot that is NOT counted until the voter has proven they are legal to vote
But Pa election officials can’t be trusted. Hope there will be Republican oversight on examining proof of eligibility.
So they can legally vote twice...................
How many times do the far-left Transylvanians allow you to vote if your wise Jamaican/Injun with a compelling life story with Willie Brown isn’t winning?
Exactly. They were accepting mail-in ballots without ANY signature in 2020. Why wouldn't they do similar now?
It says "if they are rejected". So do they really count them if they reject them?
It is not voting twice if one of the ballots is rejected.
Yes, but then some ‘group’ will sue and a handpicked judge will say “ALL BALLOTS MUST BE COUNTED!” then, voila!.............
It's a different ballot. If their mail-in ballot is rejected for some legal reason (no valid ID provided, didn't sign it, signature not valid, etc.) I presume they are notified of this rejections. They can then go to the polling place on Election Day and vote with a new ballot, although this ballot is place in "provisional" status, supposedly. I think that, depending on the reason for the original rejection, that their ballot should be viewed as suspect and given extra scrutiny because of it.
And they can cast two if they run out of toilet paper during the six month election “day”.
This cheating is why we hopefully can get enough Republican watchers ar EVERY aspect of voting
Even here in Texas.
“How many times do the far-left Transylvanians allow you to vote if your wise JAMAICAN/INJUN with a compelling life story with Willie Brown isn’t winning?”
.
She was referred to yesterday as a “Valley Girl”.
:)
And a President Trump could easily ORDER the DOJ to Prosecute this Judge for accessory to election FRAUD.
Bingo rigging alarm ON
Yea we can vote twice maybe even three times.
There are no rules as to whether these ballots, once determined to be ‘duplicates’ are to be thrown out.>>> In PA they cannot determine if they are duplicates on purpose because they do not (in violation of the law) record who voted into the SURE system. Bookvar saw to that and the inspector general documented the unlawful activity.

It’s a different ballot. If their mail-in ballot is rejected for some legal reason (no valid ID provided, didn’t sign it, signature not valid, etc.) I presume they are notified of this rejections. >>> There is no legislative authority to notify the person and after the ballot is opened there should be no way to identify who voted for what. supposed to be a secret ballot on the inside. The outside contains the date and the signature. They do not verify signature as no one can really do that anyhow. so that only theoretically leaves the date issue.
How do they know to fill out a provisional ballot?
Do they do this before or after a mail-in ballot is rejected ? How do they know if it was rejected ?
If it’s just a garden variety mistake (exactly what does that mean?), then wouldn’t it be likely they’ll make the same mistake on the provisional ballot?
It is a fact that people often repeat their mistakes. It happens here on FR all the time.
Does the government automatically send out provisional ballots ? Do you have to request them ? If so, HOW MANY can I get ?
