Washington CNN —

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is using a new memoir published Tuesday to reflect on a personal journey that has already earned her a place in history.

Jackson recalls sinking into her chair when she was an appeals court judge – her blood “a roaring ocean in my ears” – when President Joe Biden called in early 2022 to say he would nominate her to the high court, setting her on a path to become the first Black woman to serve as a Supreme Court justice.

Huh, she is making money and getting media recognition as a person who does not know the difference between a man and woman.

Not the first woman. Not the first black. But still “groundbreaking” somehow.

Groundbreaking? She's a proven Didn't Earn It (DEI) hire who claims she doesn't know what a woman is despite laws specifically protecting women.

Could she even answer is she is a woman? She's not a biologist so she claims she can't determine what a woman is.

If every Judge on the Supreme Court had her same inclinations... The entire country of America would be in chains within months. The government would decide your every moment in life and you would be at the mercy of tyranny.

I’ve always thought it was a problem with how math is taught in the modern era. 2+2 used to equal 4 but when our scientific betters get more than 2 answers for the only combinations of a Y chromosome and a X chromosome possible then it’s about the math. or it could be I am just a mathematics illiterate. you decide.

You’ll excuse me I didnt make it past the first few paragraphs. As long as she doesn’t refer to herself as “historic,” like Karen’s Jean Pierre did, I can live with this memoir though, frankly , I’m a little short right now and won’t be buying my own copy.

When foreshadowing happens in our lives we, of course, have no basis to recognize it, because the thing foreshadowed hasn’t happened yet. Joe doesn’t have enough brain cells left to appreciate it, but I wonder if Dr Jill now appreciates the bum’s rush the left gave to Breyer to get Jackson in foreshadowed Joe getting the same treatment in favor of Kamala

Opinionated Blowhard 23: Not the first woman. Not the first black. But still “groundbreaking” somehow.

And not even the first idiot on the SCOTUS.

But KBJ is the first idiot on the SCOTUS who didn't know what a woman is.

Groundbreaking only in the sense that she’s the first person on the SCOTUS who doesn’t know the difference between a man and a woman.

Is this the ass who couldn’t define what a woman was? Incredible that she is employed as anyone other than someone who puts things in a box in some low level factory.

Yep. And their tools would be applying “disinformation crime” and “hate crime” laws.

We already see that happening in the UK. The chains are being applied there, slowly but surely.
