Pass this going through Knoxville. I didn’t have time to stop then but if this doctor lets me out quick enough, I’ll stop on the way back. I just have to get home before dark. They have everything online, but I thought it might be fun to be totally immersed in Trump material. Maybe look for Christmas presents.

Beautiful winter scene. After 10 years in Tennessee now I’m starting to miss our cabin in the Sierras. Winter looked like that from December to about May. There’s something about splitting and stacking wood all summer and then using it to heat the cabin all winter. Just kind of got life down to its simpler elements.
I’m thinking about renting a cabin for a couple weeks, and then either the kids can come up to it or we can go down to the valley. I just need to find a really good pet sitter here. One I trust. I’ll have to go on several practice trips just to see how she does.
I facilitate the gathering and recruit the helpers, I also do quality control in a way that I am assured to be fed.
