I am an Auburn fan. I wish those two teams would tie today on a technical forfeit.

I wish I could say that I was. I guess I am disappointed. Winning is always much more fun than losing.
But, my support of Auburn does not waver based on wins and loses. Being an Auburn fan goes much deeper than things superficial. It is the relationships I developed while at Auburn. It is the places I played while growing up. It is the successes and failures I had as I matured. It is as sweet as lemonade and magnolia blossoms in June. It is the place where I met Mike and we married there. My mom is buried there and my sister-in-law. My dad will be buried there as will Mike and myself when our turn comes. It is inside of us and permeates through us. It is home.
