What that means FRiends is nothing to do with MAGA, which was and still is about Sovereign US interests being First— and Euro/British attempts to meld US financial interests into an EU support role. The US is supposed to suborn FIRST interests into “free markets” which in Europe have NEVER been free. Trump points this out all the time especially as regards to China (who has been ripping the US for decades).
