Moments after Robert F. Kennedy Jr. suspended his independent presidential bid and endorsed Republican candidate Donald Trump, members of his famous Democratic family weighed in with words of disappointment.
In a scathing joint statement released on Friday, Aug. 23, five of Bobby's siblings — who are all children of the late U.S. Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy — publicly distanced themselves from his decision to join forces with Trump less than one year after leaving the Democratic Party.
"We want an America filled with hope and bound together by a shared vision of a brighter future, a future defined by individual freedom, economic promise and national pride," the statement reads. "We believe in [Kamala] Harris and [Tim] Walz."

I had not heard RFK’s voice before this critical press conference. With a weak voice like that I’m surprised he ran at all. The substance of what he said , however, is GOLD. Seldom has a politician had the guts to speak out with so much truth. Spot on!

The Kennedy family is disgusting. Ethel would stumble around shopping districts until the care taker was alerted by 911 where she was and Eunice Shiriver went to day mass dressed like a homeless woman. Her nephew Mark Shriver and family wouldn’t even sit or acknowledge Eunice.

Well, that makes me respect RFK Jr. all the more.
It can be tough being a Trump supporter, as those of us with lots of friends and extended family know well. I’ve lost a lot friends over it - and even some extended family. Luckily, my immediate family members remain close - but even with them some subjects are off limits.
I can see the headline now. “ Trump associated with Kennedy crime family.”
An America filled with hope? Not bloody likely with the current state of affairs. All those wonderful homeless junkies don't look like they see any hope at all.
The only shared visions of a brighter future are between the pig dems at the trough hoovering up all of our resources and production and redistributing everything ala communist style.
Individual freedom? There is nothing the dems crave more than to oppress everyone with more laws and regulations that strangle our economy and personal freedoms every day. Natural Gas? Petrol Automobiles? These are things the elites dream about amongst themselves while conveniently ignoring the rest of us.
Economic promise? What are they going to promise, that they destroy our economy even faster than the path they've put us on now?
National Pride? They hate MAGA, they hate any American that doesn't fawn over them and their policies and beliefs.
