DC Appeals Court refuses to rule on misdemeanor that could invalidate hundreds of J6 convictions

This is a major scandal.

It has been more than EIGHT MONTHS since the DC appellate court heard oral arguments in the appeal of Couy Griffin's conviction for the most common J6 misdemeanor--knowingly entering restricted grounds/building.

During the hearing on Dec. 4, the 3 judges (Clinton, Obama, Trump) indicated they would send the case back to Judge Trevor McFadden, who found Griffin guilty of 1752(a)(1) in March 2022.

Griffin's attorney asked for either an acquittal on the sole charge or require DOJ to prove to McFadden that Griffin knew the area was restricted (he did not go inside the building) and knew VP Pence was on the grounds, which rendered the area off limits bc he was a Secret Service protectee at the time.

Either way--the panel strongly indicated they believed foreknowledge was a necessary element to demonstrate guilt.

A ruling of that nature would have caused chaos in DC courthouse, potentially impacting hundreds of cases.

But as the panel weighed its decision, something seismic happened: SCOTUS granted cert in Fischer one week later.

Dem-heavy DC appellate court recognized the threat to the J6 prosecution AND narrative if both the most common misdemeanor and most common felony (1512c2) were reversed by higher courts.

Since SCOTUS granted cert, the court held oral arguments in April and posted its decision on June 28.

That entire time, the DC appellate court--an Obama appointee is the chief judge--SAT on releasing its order related to Griffin's appeal and continues to do so. Normal time btw oral arguments and decision is 4-5 months.

Apparently, this is not concerning to the "legal experts" who have accused other courts of slow walking key opinions in other political cases.

Can the Supreme Court do anything? The STC had a massive ruling favoring both Trump and the J6 people and still these evil corrupt pieces of chit judges discarded their rulings.

You cannot and should not trust your government at all. Always inspect the soft underbelly of motives and desires. What you will find is always troubling, even in the most trivial of matters.

WHAT'S THE GOAL HERE?

ANSWER: To make sure the J6 hostages DON'T VISIT DC AGAIN ON JANUARY 6, 2025 because surely they are going to WANT to.

The only way this ends is if:

1. the right minded people, who believe in and understand the Constitution as was written and intended, rise up and chase everything single person from office who is tearing down the foundations on which this country was built, and preferrably out of the country.

2. deport the likes of Soros, Clinton, Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, and the rest,

3. and abolish the 17th and 19th amendments.

Then bring back Bibles in the schools, abolish homosexual marriage, outlaw all forms of abortion, close all the borders, deport every single illegal immigrant from the country back to their country or origin and, lastly, scale back the government to do the only two things it was supposed to do, provide for a monetary system and defend the country.

Whew, I don't sound determined, do I?

The DC court has to be one of the most corrupt in the country. It by far needs reform (as Biden puts it) more than the SCOTUS.

I don’t know law but perhaps the SC can publicly inquire as to the decision of the DC appeals court? Get it back in the media coverage in such a way the DC appeals court can’t continue to sit on it w/o it being crystal they are playing politics with the lives of the prisoners.

I read recently, but I cannot remember from where, that these appellate courts have been using a tactic to withhold publication of their decision using a delay based on a tradition: the tradition of publishing both the majority opinion together with any dissenting opinions. If the dissenting minority opinion is slow-walked, then the entire process stalls until it is ready.

Perhaps the plaintiff should file an additional claim, against the court, perhaps to a higher court, seeking injunctive relief to publish any completed majority opinion, regardless of the availability of the minority, under the claim of a violation of the 6th amendment right to a speedy trial. The trial isn't over until the decision is published and appeals are exhausted. The courts are not conferred special status to avoid timely release of decisions.

Every member of this appeals court should be charged with treason and legal malfeasance with a sentence of no less than 30 years in prison mandatory with no early out possible unless it’s in a pine box.
