Former Bush campaign manager Karl Rove said Friday on Fox News Channel’s “America Reports” that he believed Vice President Kamala Harris will soon lead former President Donald Trump in the polls because of momentum.
Rove said the former president could take the lead again by focusing on an issue.
Host John Roberts said, “So let’s talk about where the race is because, in some battleground states, the polls seem to have been narrowing.”

Forgotten is that Rove was in charge of a 2004 campaign that was a sure landslide against a liberal dilettante that he screwed up so badly that it became a near loss determined by one state (Ohio).
Then he led the battle to pass an amnesty bill along with Teddy Kennedy and John McCain.

Don’t worry. Next month Judge Merchan will sentence Trump to Rikers Island for the remainder of the campaign (because he just won’t be able to help himself) and Trump’s polling will go back up again.

She just has to stand out there, the media will describe her
in glowing terms for the remainder of the campaign. I agree
with you, but they are pretty slick. They find a number of
new people to idolize her too, so it does look pretty
compelling if you’re totally blinded to what is going on.

Carl “Turd Blossom” Rove didn’t pick up on the AstroTurf nature of the Karmello campaign. It’s FauxMentum, not momentum. A fair press gaggle (if shd ever does a press conference to actually announce her candidacy), and a debate or two will widen the gap.
