Edmundo González has a 64% to 31% lead over Maduro, says polling by Edison Research obtained by @WSJ. A firm that does exit polling at major American elections, Edison polled 5,464 Venezuelan voters in 100 polling stations. Edison does extensive work overseas.
But Maduro will win by 99%, amirite?
When will these results be reported out? Anyone know?
It’s complicated but from what I read, Maduro’s grip over the system has weakened and the opposition has grown more united since 2018. He may lose by a margin too large for rigging especially if he lacks military and Electoral Commission support for continuing.

In most places in the world, we should now by tomorrow, latest.
If this was Arizona, it’ll be a couple weeks for them to figure out Maduro has won.
