Vice President Kamala Harris has reportedly refused to preside over Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s joint address to Congress on Wednesday.
A “senior source” familiar with the planning told Juliegrace Brufke, a Capitol Hill reporter with Axios, that Harris and Senate President Pro-Tempore Patty Murray (D-WA) would not be presiding over Netanyahu’s joint address to Congress.

It’s also probably a calculation based on in which states her potential Jewish votes reside vs. where Muslim votes reside. She can afford to lose some Jewish votes in places like NY or NJ, but she cannot afford to lose a lot of Muslim votes in MI or MN.
The sitting Vice President of the United States is snubbing a head of state who is addressing the United States Congress. That is what makes it a big mistake. On top of that, you throw in that it’s Israel, October 7, and go from there.

Lefties need to realize that their Party leaderships stands with Islamicists who throw gays off of rooftops.
Most are reformed “Jews” which are a huge majority in the US and most reform “Jews” would rather see the democrat Party in power over Israel’s interests, especially under a so-called moderate government currently running Israel. In their minds, Israel has nukes so the fine details give way to dems in political power. Those nukes help them sleep at night while voting for dems. True story, just look at the historical data. Abortion, government regulations that help their industrial interests, power in increasing leverage in their private sector pursuits using their rented out public reps, and feminism are sacraments to these people. There is some tiny remnant of reform Jews who take God more seriously but again, that amount won’t change jack squat in relation to Repub pickups.

So her and the President Pro Temp’s not presiding is a statement of disapproval of the House’s inviting Netanyahu to speak. Expect a lot of dems to walk out and or disrupt his speech.
