I remember Kaizan, took a couple classes on it. I was in charge of QS-9000 (auto industry) for the entire company, foreign and domestic. The big bosses were all for it, until after the audit, then back to the same old, same old. Another reason I left.

That sounds like every Fed govt agency. The incompetence, waste and fraud is unbelievable and unconscionable.
Her smugness in the face of her unbelievable irresponsibility is off the charts. It’s amazing how F’d up this govt is under this regime full of marxist morons. I’m convinced the SS, under this vapid idiots “leadership” wanted Trump to be assassinated while they stood around and watched.
Do the Dems really believe the SS conspired with Trump to stage a fake assassination attempt, for the sympathy it might generate, so they are really PO’s at the SS?
Otherwise, is it just acting? An act to deflect their own complicity in wishing Trump was dead? They pretend they want answers, knowing there won’t be any. These types of hearings are notoriously used by the Representatives to grandstand their own self-delusions of value.

I saw it too.
I was lucky in that my company was very committed and we came up with “good solutions” that could be implemented across the enterprise. We saved millions in the first year alone. And the fun part was that the solutions actually helped the front line staff move customers through the system.
Then they sold the company. Now it’s Comcast and they cut staff and pretty much wrecked the whole thing.

There were good solutions, they had no real commitment. All talk. It was sad. I hired a new engineer about 4 months prior before the SHTF. Poor guy, I wonder what happened to him.
Looked like more of a head shot. But can’t be sure from the photo.
