Why I don’t like what she said, I don’t think she should lose her job over it.
When she goes back to work...she produces an “atmosphere” of hate and it takes a long time to go away. Yes....fire her.
She is cheering for murder. Yes any normal business would fire her.
I agree with you .
But Politically Correct speech has become the sledgehammer for HR to quell and withhold our free speech as guaranteed by the Constitution.
If you are on US soil, you should not have ANY of your rights (natural or civil) infringed.

She’s condoning violence against another person. Would you keep an employee who see’s violence as a solution? Most employers want a safe and collegial working environment for their people and don’t tolerate ANY indications of personal instability that could manifest itself as a threat to others.
She’s finding out the consequences of the reality that she created. And it’s why I don’t have social media at all.
I didnt see the facebook post, but the X video is with her in a store uniform representing Home Depot.
Most of us work in an ‘at will’ environment. We can quit anytime. The employer can let you go anytime for cause. You want to give an employer the easiest of excuses to fire you? Do something that makes the employers brand look bad.
