CHICAGO (CBS) -- The owner and an employee of a Near West Side store have been arrested on felony charges, after Cook County Sheriff's police recovered $2.4 million in stolen merchandise they allegedly were selling to customers.
Sheriff's police said officers executed a search warrant at the Flee Club store in the 2200 block of West Taylor Street on July 2, after investigators discovered employees were knowingly buying stolen goods and reselling them at the store.

I guess ‘toddlin’ means ‘stealin’.
Well, a good business plan should try to keep costs down, right?
Sung by the chairman of the board?
There’s a store in Chicago just west of the Loop called Flee Club, opened by two childhood friends, that’s become a neighborhood fixture. But Flee Club has been robbed four times in the past two years. They can no longer get insurance, but they vow to stay open. Darris Kelly and Sabrian Sledge own Flee Club.
The velocity of sneakers is the key to a good economy.
Where are you getting the word ‘toddlin’ from? I fail to see that in the article linked.

Here is what Wikipedia had to say:
"Chicago" is a popular song written by Fred Fisher and published in 1922. The original sheet music variously spelled the title "Todd'ling" or "Toddling." The song has been recorded by many artists, but the best-known versions are by Frank Sinatra, Ben Selvin and Judy Garland.
It’s NOT in the article. it was a joke. Chicago is known as the ‘Toddlin Town’ and the meaning of that word is not really known so a joke.
Sheesh!
Oh yes, by the Chairman of the board.
“The velocity of sneakers is the key to a good economy.”
LOL
The FED is clearly missing some factors in its tracking of the US economy....
I know it was a joke. My ONLY point, was the Chairman of the Board. I prefer the other Chicago song he sang. One town, that won’t let you down. It’s my kind of town. I’m am a big time Blackhawks fan. They are rebuilding, and coming back. 👍

Just sell those Hunter Biden finger paintings.
I do not listen to Frank Sinatra that much.
My Favorite song by him is.... 🤣
That was the song that got me into him, when I first heard it being played by a Black co-worker who was listening to it.
When I asked him who does that song, he looked at me like I was crazy. 🤣 When he told me I had to bust out laughing.
My parents used to listen to him, but he wasn't exactly the music I listened to as my favorite genre was Rock.
I now have 48 songs by him. But I still do not listen to him that much, because I have somewhere in the neighborhood of 40K songs in my collection now. As I was writing this response I have been listening to him. I know now why my parents liked him, but there were songs I enjoyed when they would play him.🙂👍
I always noticed that Sinatra was a MASTER at PHRASING his songs.
Sellin’ on the Black Market.
Yeah, but I wasn’t into crooners. It wasn’t until later that I started branching out. Now I have music from multiple genres.
I didn’t put it there. Never saw this stuff here in my life. I have cateracts. My dog signed those documents. My elephant must have brought those in unbeknownst to me. Trump did it!
