198 Democrats voted against the bill. Only 5 Democrats voted for the bill.

Show us proof of citizenship, Hakeem. Nobody but congressmen can vote on legislation. So preventing ordinary citizens who happen to be in the Capitol from voting would jam people up and prevent Congressmen from voting./d’uh, ok.
