REPORT: “Sh*t is Going to Hit the Fan” When Congress Returns Monday – All Eyes on Nancy Pelosi as Dems Want Biden Gone By the End of the Week

The desperation from Democrats regarding Joe Biden is going into overdrive, and a final answer regarding his political future could come this week with the push of one particularly influential individual.

Axios on Sunday dropped an explosive report that a fast-growing number of Democrats are begging and plotting an intervention as Dementia Joe refuses to quit the Presidental race. They want everyone from the Obamas to congressional leaders to persuade Biden to drop out by this Friday.

Top Democrats want Biden out by then because they hope he will endorse Harris as his successor and help ward off an all-out brawl at the Democratic Convention in Chicago for the nomination.

Axios reports:

If Biden were to endorse Vice President Harris as the nominee, she’d need time to ramp up and pick a running mate. And if Biden didn’t anoint, there’d be a frenzy among governors and ambitious Democrats to try to win the nomination at the Democratic convention in Chicago in mid-August.

“The sh*t is going to hit the fan on Monday when Congress returns,” a House Democrat told Axios. “People are scared about their own races. But they’re also worried about the country, and about democracy.”

Several House members are reportedly close to speaking out publicly or signing letters telling Biden to give up. According to the outlet, these conversations will heat up this week.

A top Democrat operative told Axios that the only person oblivious to Biden’s perilous political position is Biden himself.

Indeed, Sunday’s Washington Post reveals that an adviser to big-monied Dem donors is saying that “for every 10 people who think he should exit, one thinks he should stay.” The story also notes that people who are “publicly vouching for Biden, at the behest of the White House and campaign, privately say there’s no path.”

One would think if they came up with a cool $200M, Biden would walk away at the behest of Jill and Hunter.

Living high on the hog is all they really want. Pay them to go away and then we can have BlowJob to run for President.

Could he do that

It's not as if any Democrat is required to obey the rule of law.

“Agreed. One terrorist attack on US soil from now until November and the Dem’s are going to witness a political bloodbath.”

No. They’d use it to their advantage (never let a crisis go to waste) by declaring Martial Law, postponing the election indefinitely, and by retaining their power and control over the nation. That’s how they roll. They first create or cause the crisis, and then they profit from it.

“Please elaborate, Billthedrill.”

All it takes is some Republican Senators voting “present.” The reason to do this is that they will try and pull the same stunt with Trump. They’ll claim he is mentally incapacitated. They know they are going to lose and are throwing Bidog under the bus as precedent to remove Trump.

He could, but he wouldn’t have anywhere near the staff he has now to protect him. He wouldn’t have support from the Democrat party either.

Even “No nads Nadler” has turned on Biden. Poor Joe, he can’t get no respect.

Biden is pretty much like he was during the primaries about 4 years ago, and the libs sang his praise about a month ago. Biden is what he has always been, a radical goofball and pathological liar.

And the media gave him a pass at every turn, even when he lied last year that the Russians are fighting in Iraq and mistook Kamala for POTUS. Why the shift now?

The Democrats are stuck between the proverbial rock and hard place.

On the one hand, they enjoy being able to say that the only President who resigned from office is a Republican. They can also point to the saying that the coverup is worse than the crime.

On the other hand, they're faced with a worse coverup: hiding a sick President who is senile and unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office so they can retain their majorities in Congress and their own personal power.

Their options are limited, and each has its own pitfalls but little advantage.

  1. Pursue the 25th amendment.

    • This option will take some to carry out, but it has the most pitfalls. All it takes to invoke the 25th amendment is for the Vice President to get a majority of the Cabinet to declare the President as being unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Harris will then become Acting President while still retaining her tie-breaking vote on the Senate as Vice President. If Biden protests then Congress will have to get involved, but the current state of Republicans in the House will not stand in the way and Biden will eventually be declared unfit.

    • The pitfall is that once Biden is declared unable to carry out his duties, pressure will mount for him to step down as President altogether. This isn't a case of a temporary infirmity or undergoing a surgical procedure; this is a permanent incapacity.

    • If Biden resigns from office, each party will now "own" a resigned President. At this point, it will be up to partisan historians and a biased LAAP-dog media to sort out how much people knew and when they knew it regarding Biden's health and mental state. Was an incompetent candidate knowingly foisted upon an unaware electorate by crass power-seekers who lied to the American people for their own personal gain? Or was the Democrat party itself incompetent and unaware of Biden's infirmities?

The American people will have to settle that one.

    • If Biden refuses to resign, he will still be President, but a President with no powers and duties. He will roam the hallways of the residence, while Jill Biden still retains the duties of the First Lady.

Donald Trump will run on a campaign that attacks the Democrats for abusing the White House and hammer the message that Democrats are untrustworthy and do not deserve to be sent back.

  2. Pursue impeachment and removal.

    • This is a more difficult approach because it involves both chambers of Congress and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Democrats will have to come up with a charge on which to base impeachment without making it historically toxic for them, and then get Republicans to pass it for them.

    • The "core" constitutional crimes for impeachment are Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

      • Treason is a dangerous crime because of the possibility of capital punishment. One could argue that covering up an infirm candidate in order to "take" the White House is a de facto coup d'etat and is therefore treasonous. However, this would indict the entire Democrat party as co-conspirators and so is a non-starter.

      • Bribery is a possibility if the Democrats want to finally admit that the Bidens are a crime family that has sold access to power and provided decades of quid pro quo in return. The Democrats could contain the fallout to just the Bidens, but they may have to sacrifice some of Biden's most ardent defenders in exchange for Republican cooperation (Raskin? Goldman?).

However, Democrats will now own the only President who was convicted and removed from office via impeachment.

      • other high Crimes and Misdemeanors is a catch-all for substantial lapses in ethics or conduct becoming the highest office in the land. Democrats could pursue this approach by declaring that Biden as Commander-in-Chief is too sick to understand the ramifications of his decisions, and is therefore behaving in a manner that damages the reputation of the United States and the readiness of our armed forces. They could literally say that they have lost confidence in the Commander-in-Chief and require his removal from office for the safety and security of the nation.

This is probably the most "noble" of the three options, but Democrats will still own the only President who was convicted and removed from office via impeachment.

  3. Let Biden run for reelection and lose.

    • This is probably the easiest option for Democrats to pursue. It will require them to likely accept losing the Presidency and perhaps a few House and Senate seats, too. However, it will probably keep the Democrats in the best overall position with the people.

      • The Democrats will have let "democracy" work. They will not be seen as discarding the primary votes of millions of people.

      • They can get rid of the "Kamala" problem at the same time as the "Biden" problem, so then can start with a fresh slate in 2028.

      • They can begin plotting for a comeback in 2026 mid-terms to try to retake the House and the Senate without the baggage of having invoked the 25th amendment or impeachment.

    • Democrats will just have to bite their tongues and accept a Trump presidency, which goes against every fiber of their bodies.

A. I doubt it.

B. We don’t HAVE a ‘democracy.’

C. How I loathe them ALL!

I don’t get it. Can someone please explain this to me. Why do they keep stabbing their own party presidential candidate knowing he’s already damaged goods you would think at least they would circle the wagons. Nobody in their side benefits from this constant badgering to remove him unless FJB steps down. The delegates and the money are his to do as he pleases as far as continuing in the race. By law, they cannot replace them that easy. Even in an open convention, he would have to have decided to step down. If he decides to dig his heels in the ground, the rats are screwed! So I don’t understand why they would be hitting him this hard, knowing that there’s a very good chance he’ll say screw you all we’re gonna continue with the race. After you hit a person relentlessly and hard enough that person will flip the tables on you , and give you the middle finger and Jill looks like she does not come across as a person ready to relinquish power.

That would be them trying to overturn the results of the 2020 Election? Hmmmm if they did this yesterday we might need a J6 committee, but this time they should do some cross examinations, not just a Cheney Stalinist approach.
