Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani disbarred following criminal indictments

Embattled former Mayor Rudy Giuliani – a former prosecutor known for his work in taking down the mob in the Big Apple – can no longer practice law in New York, an appeals court ruled Tuesday.

“Rudolph William Giuliani, is disbarred from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court, and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York,” the First Department appeals court wrote in a decision released Tuesday.

Giuliani – once known as America’s Mayor for his response to the 9/11 terror attacks – was admitted to the Empire State’s bar in 1969 but has been stripped of his long-time profession following two criminal indictments for allegedly interfering in the 2020 presidential election.

>Rudy for AG.<

Special Prosecutor. Jack Smith is showing that any private citizen can indict the president for perceived acts.

Normal practice most places is to suspend on indictment and only disbar if convicted - and even then only after appeals as of right have been exhausted.

It says Guiliani was indicted for his “role”. What is the exact crime he’s accused of, and why does AZ claim to have jurisdiction over anything done in DC?

Further, if that is allowable in this particular case, how can that precedent be used to allow actual DC corruptocrats to be charged in red states under state legal proceedings?

Can we learn something here that would allow us to give these treasonous bastards a dose of their own medicine?

Following indictments, not convictions.

Beria is pleased.

My plan is to cede everything east of the Hudson/Champlain line to Canada.

I hope very very much for Rudy to be our next US Attorney General.
He’s a fine man, bright, knowledgeable, capable. He might, just might be able to clean up some of the communist and nazi filth that Obama/Biden infested our federal government with.

Governor Hochul has assured New York business owners that these attacks on Trump, Giuliani, etc. are rather unique. New York businesses have nothing to fear!

Is there anyone stupid enough to believe that? Just you wait, New York business owners. Don’t go green fast enough, and you’re going to get slammed. Fill out line 175 on a NY tax form wrong, and you’re going to get slammed.

The guillotine always looks for new victims.

How can a governor get away with outright admitting, publicly and out loud, that prosecutions in her state are sheerly political - that nobody but Trump and his supporters will ever be charged with the crimes they’ve made up to prosecute Trump with?

Like Genral Flynn and others, he is “guilty of being an associate of Donald Trump.” Not a good thing in our banana republic.

This is what they will do to you if you simply question the veracity of a stolen election.

Utterly disgusting what they are doing to Rudy

And Trump, and anyone tangentially involved with Trump, and "J6ers", and our entire country.

I'd like them all to just catch on fire , just so I could walk past without spitting on them.
