The Heritage Oversight Project has identified three swing states – Georgia, Nevada and Wisconsin – where they believe removing Biden from the Democratic ticket would prevent anyone else from replacing him.
Wisconsin does not allow withdrawal from the ballot for any reason besides death, while in Nevada, no changes can be made to the ballotafter 5 p.m. on the fourth Friday in June of an election year unless ‘a nominee dies or is adjudicated insane or mentally incompetent.’ In Georgia, if Biden were to withdraw less than 60 days before the election, his name would remain on the ballot but no votes would be counted.
According to a draft from The Heritage Oversight Project obtained by the Daily Mail:
Three of the expected six most contested states have some potential for pre-election litigation aimed at exasperating, with legitimate concerns for election integrity, the withdrawal process for a presidential candidate.
GA, NV, and WI, have specific procedures for withdrawal of a presidential nominee with differing degrees of applicability and timelines.’ WI does not allow withdrawal for any reason besides death.”

(A good example of this was the 1968 Democratic Convention where the white delegates from Alabama and Mississippi had their votes taken away and they were replaced by an all black delegation.)

25th Amdt removal is not an “adjudication”.
Adjudication is a defined court process. 25th Amdt action however may provide a basis for a court adjudication.
The removal of Agnew was quick.

The first polls after the debate showing Trump moving into a tie with Biden in NY, NJ and Illinois are really going to drive the media and congressional Dems into a state of panic. Unfortunately for them, Biden has 3900 committed votes that are legally required to vote for him on the first round no matter how they fell now which is way more than the required 1975. Only 1 person can make the decision to replace him and that one person is Joe Biden by withdrawing before August 7. Hang in there, Joe. We need you for our congressional races to keep your Dem voters home.
We don’t really vote for a person; we vote for electors who decide at conventions. Study junior high or senior high school government.
Anybody can be “gotten to”.

Tomorrow they will do what they are told—by whoever has the power to bribe and or threaten them.

At this point it just looks like there are too many barriers from the Rules Committee to the Campaign Finance laws to the Ballot laws in multiple swing states AND the need to not only get rid of Biden, but also get rid of Harris.
If there were more time, I might agree with you but the Democrats simply waited too long to make a move.
I think this article, which is poory written, is wrong.
The Democratic Party chooses their nominee at the convention. That hasn’t happened yet. How can Biden already be on any ballot? What mechanism placed him there?
I believe they waited longer than was wise.
However—I think they are totally capable of bending and/or breaking any existing rules as needed.
They can create new narratives in less than a day to justify anything they do—no matter how wacky.
Remember 1968—RFK assassinated, Wallace wounded, riots, white delegation from two states booted out of Democratic convention etc etc etc.
We have not even had a convention yet.
There is plenty of time for all sorts of Deep State trouble-making and manipulation.

I believe the CIA, with the FBI, has decided that assassination is the only way to keep Trump from being the next president.
The only thing left to decide is which one would work best for them to kill as assassinating either one would work.

Under normal circumstances, it would be unthinkable for a delegate to “go rogue” and vote for a candidate other than who he pledged to vote for.
However, there is nothing legally binding the delegates to vote a certain way - and these circumstances are far from normal.
Also, the Democrat party has very little regard for its own rules and precedents, and zero respect for its own voters. If they will break hundreds of laws to rig a national election, believe me, the will rig their own convention without giving it a second thought.
