A major US publication has debuted a devastatingly simple cover for its next issue, the day after President Joe Biden’s disastrous performance in his first debate with Donald Trump in the lead-up to November’s election. President Biden appeared to flounder in the 90-minute televised debate, frequently mumbling, trailing off his sentences and getting mocked by former US president Trump for his at-times unintelligible statements. Many US political commentators described the mood inside the Democratic Party after the debate using one word: “Panic.” That’s the word TIME Magazine has opted for too, alongside a photo of Mr Biden seemingly wandering off the side of the cover. Mr Biden is 81, three years older than Mr Trump, and will turn 82 on November 20, two weeks after the presidential election. Concerns about Mr Biden’s cognitive decline were exacerbated by the debate, which saw the President appear to freeze during one early question about national debt. “(We’re) making sure that we’re able to make every single solitary person … er, eligible for what I’ve been able to do with the … uh … with the Covid. Excuse me, with, dealing with everything we had to do with … uh … look”. After a brief pause, he then said “we finally beat Medicare” as his final comment before the moderators moved on.

And both of their readers were shocked.
Didn’t know Time still existed. It appears to be a weekly Biden magazine these days?
We knew Biden was “losing it” during the Obama administration.
I’m not sure they were both shocked. Maybe their 30 year old reader, but the 7 year old might not understand what’s going on.
The feckless left tried to bs the nation claiming Biden was ok, but efen just comparing him now to 2020, you can definitely ately see a dramatic decline in his cognitive and physical self.
Trump should have challenged Biden to a golf match, carrying their own bags, and walking the entire course- no golf carts of help allowed, no ear pieces, no communication with others, not even Jill’s help directing him where he needs to go. No way would Biden have accepted that.
The Panic Cover is incomplete. In order to be realistically accurate, it needs nurse Jill holding Joe’s hand as she leads him off the stage so he doesn’t get lost or even fall down.
I think the key quote of the evening was:
Trump: I don’t know what he said ... and I don’t think he knows either.
Time for a “Man of the Year” issue.
this is the equivalent of larry and richard from weekend at bernie’s
being shocked to find out that bernie is dead
LOL!
And your point ClearCase_guy is??
What I find hilarious is that at the end of the “Ooopsie” rally yesterday, “Joe” was shaking hands with Harvey the 6’ Rabbit again.
I wasn’t making a point exactly. I just remembered that Time had an all red cover for Trump and now they have an all red cover for Biden. Comparing and contrasting, but sending a message.
“not” sending a message and not making a point.
Sheesh! I need to quit while I’m ahead. Which I probably aren’t.
Ah yes. Lets all fixate on the innocent children coming over the border who are victims of this horrible biden administration and ignore the innocent children already in the USA who are victims of horrible violent crimes committed by murderers and rapists that have been let into the US by the totally corrupt biden administration. Silly liberal wingnuts.
Why is the cover with Biden walking off dated August 5th? Does time still get published weekly or is it just published at irregular intervals?
BTTT
