Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) lambasted the Supreme Court amid its ethics controversies, raising the question of whether Chief Justice John Roberts has “gone rogue.”
Asked in an interview on CNN whether she has confidence in the high court, Pelosi said, “No.”
“I think they’ve gone rogue,” she replied. “It’s most unfortunate.”
“But it’s unfortunate further to see what the other justices … what happened to the chief justice? Did he go weak? Or, did he go rogue? I don’t know,” Pelosi added.
The Supreme Court has faced increased scrutiny over the past year following a series of reports detailing various undisclosed luxury trips, gifts and questionable extrajudicial activities involving multiple justices.

As always, Dems lie. An attorney friend of Clarence Thomas analyzed the smear piece regarding “gifts’ to Thomas and found critics counted favors from friends as “gifts”...IDENTICAL GIFTS OTHER JUSTICES RECEIVE....but are not counted against a liberal justice.
They counted a flight to an AEI conference at which he spoke as a gift of $68k, but did not count Justice Breyer’s 17 overseas flights paid for by the Pritzker family.
Nor did the report include prior rulings stipulating visits to friend’s home are not required to be included in reports.

We should also see Kagan, Sotomayer, and Jackson retire. Wouldn’t it be great if Trump got six new justices in this next term. Has the federalist Society given him a list yet?
