The Russian Foreign Ministry summoned the American ambassador on Monday to protest what it says was the use of U.S.-made advanced missiles in a Ukrainian attack on Russian-annexed Crimea that reportedly killed four people and wounded more than 150.

I hadn't heard that before. Please provide proof of your claim.
The country which gave us Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Shostakovich, Borodin, Puskin, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, the Bolshoi Ballet etc., is not barbarian.

Crimea is a war zone.
Because crossing an international border and invading a neighbor, particularly to conquer and take that neighbors land, is a bad precedent to let stand?
Why would Russia feel paranoid with NATO ringing its borders and having Dutch, Polish and American NATO reps engage in discussions about how Russia needs to be "decolonized" and broken up into smaller countries?
There will be "decolonization" taking place, but it won't be in Russia.
They live there.
It’s summer.
