DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — A Douglas County judge was arrested at an Atlanta nightclub early Thursday morning, according to Fulton County Jail records.
Douglas County Judge Christina Peterson was charged with simple battery victim against a police officer at the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge on Peachtree Street.
A police report said an off-duty Atlanta police officer was working at the bar when he saw a woman who was crying.
While the officer tried to speak with the woman, he was struck on the head by Peterson, according to an arrest report. It is unclear whether Peterson knew the woman who was crying.
Peterson did not identify herself and appeared to be under the influence, according to the arrest report.
Channel 2 Action News called Peterson’s office and was told that she was not in for work on Thursday.
Petersen was listed as having been released from the jail as of Thursday afternoon.

This will probably help her cause to stay on the bench if the cop she attacked is white.
This judge may be a hypocrite, but she is no hippo.

Who was surprised by this? no one should be. Chimps will do Chimp things [behave like Chimps do.] Now if they acted like tuna, one could be surprised.
I, for one, would love to see that. Imagine a bunch of black folk downtown, all schooling and turning simultaneously when reacting to a possible predator.
I just read the whole thing, I’m beyond shocked.
The audacity . I don’t know how she managed to pass the Bar.
She needs to be removed from the bench and have her law license revoked.
It’s obvious that she does not believe that rules, laws or basic decency should apply to her.
It seems to be the prevailing attitude of all the Fulton County DEI employees.
They will count our votes.
Don't be surprised if the charges are dropped.
This probate judge is only one of a line of Fulton county women who have replaced local, competent. people. Two superior court judges and our long serving respected coroner(who hunted me down when my cousin died to get a signature to embalm him)have been replaced by idiots from Fulton county.
My god one of the judges is so bad I watched her flub up a simple plea hearing and the coroner the county voted for isnt even qualified to do autopsies.
But diversity is most important to our new masters from hollywood and the local powers that be cant stop slobbering over them and their money so...

This woman is trash.
She handles birth certificates and marriage licenses, I think, where the pay is around $90k. She demanded, and got, over $250,000 PLUS she takes in a part of the fees she collects.
A Korean woman married a black man and found out who her biological father was and went to change her paperwork. This ILK jailed the woman for 20 days - the poor woman was released in two days after her husband got the $500 bond money together.
She is garbage and needs to be thrown out on her fat you know what.
I lived in Fulton Co. My MIL’s and husband’s votes were stolen and nothing was done.
