Is there a review, and/or appeal process for individuals who fall into this category? Or is it merely decided by an appointed Judge, who most we know are left-wing nut jobs, and shouldn’t be judging anyone else of being a threat by keeping a weapon.
The easy solution is for Congress to commit to protecting these Second Amendment Rights, and for President Trump to announce support for such a law.
Paving the way for abuse by judges.

Can any aggrieved spouse get a DVRO without confronting the accused in a court of law and have their rights suspended?

I don’t know when or how, but believe we can count on this rationale for protective orders targeting militia members, or anyone else proclaiming their intent to use “2nd Amendment Options” or “water the tree of liberty.”

“Due Process” hasn’t been in our Ntional Lexicon for the past 4 years. The leftist Judiciary hates that phrase.
