RFK jr’s campaign has spent months gathering the signatures that states require for independent candidates — those not affiliated with a political party — to appear on the ballot in November. Those signatures are then verified by state election officials before the candidate is certified to appear.
Kennedy can also appear on states’ ballots if he’s nominated by a minor political party that has already petitioned for ballot access. But many election officials told The Post they won’t certify those petitions or green-light minor party nominees for several weeks, making it impossible for Kennedy to check off the requirement in time for the debate.
Kennedy’s campaign has argued that Biden and Trump similarly should not qualify for the stage under CNN’s rules because they have not yet officially been selected as the presidential nominee by their respective parties. The Republican and Democratic nominating conventions are in July and August, respectively. But CNN has said that because Trump and Biden are their respective parties’ presumptive nominees, and major-party candidates don’t have to petition states for ballot access, both satisfy the electoral college criteria for the debate, according to CNN.

This appears to be a “general population” poll.
An electoral college prediction poll by state is far more accurate.

This poll shows Biden with a 45% approval rating and his support surging with independents--the very people you would expect to be Trump's winning margin in the swing states

Trump won electorally in 2016, despite Hitlery Clinton
getting 3 million more popular votes - a 2% lead.
Plus Hillary was always ahead in the polls.

Paul Ryan, a very big wheel at Fox, hates Trump. Fox polling has never had a favorable poll for Trump. With Ryan’s influence, don’t be deceived.
Trump won in 2016, despite Hitlery Clinton getting 3 million more votes - a 2% lead. I fully expect the same to happen this year.

Yes it will be a landslide - the critical electoral counties’ precincts are heavily targeted by seasoned poll workers - those with 2020 experience are the most in demand. Those ballot boxes get heavy after being counted several times, therefore the job needs to go to workers with proven stamina and strength.
How else will Biden win?
As Rush used to point out, public poll results are not meant to provide information. They are meant to make news.

Too bad, if it stays close through the summer Biden may just take it. The lawfare is hurting Trump and helping Biden. I was hoping people would see through it. Im not going to discount the poll because I don’t like what it says. Still time to turn it around but Biden at 50 is very disappointing.
