Former Attorney General Eric Holder said Wednesday he is concerned that the Supreme Court will come to a “dangerous” conclusion on former President Trump’s claim of presidential immunity, partly because it has taken time for the justices to reveal their decision.
Trump has made the immunity claim on charges related to the federal cases he faces on storing classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida and related to the 2020 election and the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.

Holder and the rest of the Leftist scum should be worried about, and rooting for, Trump to win. They should be far more concerned if Trump isn’t immune, since what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Obama and Clinton are certainly praying to whomever (whatever?) that Trump wins… at least privately.

the simple fact is this either presidents have immunity or they will all simply pardon themselves before leaving office of any and all crimes, with the result being the same.
Going forward, every president will face prison from the other party when his term ends.
If Trump is not immune then Biden and especially Clinton are doomed.
I’ll go a step further...if Trump is not immune, then every president should immediately report to prison after their term expires. It would save time.

This makes no sense. They are not the chief executive anymore and special provisions of the office of the President no longer pertain to them. But you will say "The Democrats did impeach Trump after he was out of office" but I say by the very actions of John Roberts refusing to attend the sham it was proven this was not an impeachment in accordance with the US Constitution so Trump was not impeached twice.
That would be rich. And highly appropriate. Send Obama with him.

Not legally. The “impeachment clause” in the Constitution reads as follows:
Article II Executive Branch
Section 4 Impeachment
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
The express purpose of impeachment is to remove an officer from office, which obviously can’t be done if the impeached officer is no longer in office.
