A New York Appeals court on Tuesday denied Trump’s bid to appeal a gag order in Alvin Bragg’s case after a jury already returned a guilty verdict.
President Trump previously asked the Court to lift the gag order “because the trial has concluded.”
Biden’s DOJ hatchet man Matthew Colangelo earlier this month asked Merchan to keep the gag order in place to “avoid threats to the fairness of the trial itself.”

Presidential candidates have no special Constitutional rights. This gag order, now that the trial is over and the verdict rendered, is an unconstitutional restriction on Trump’s First Amendment right to freedom of speech and, possibly, his right to petition for redress of grievances - just like it would be for any of us. The jury is done, there’s no one to influence regarding the sentencing except the judge. Trump should immediately make an emergency appeal on civil rights grounds to the highest level in NYS, and if that isn’t successful, then to the federal courts.

One problem the conspirators in the system of pseudo justice will face is more and more people totally rejecting the system.
The trashy jurors, biased judges, preposterous verdicts and the rest are turnoffs.
Why wait for the debate? The dems are running $50 million of ads calling him a convict, he already can’t respond. He really does need to file a 1983 civil rights action against this, and now. I can see him having waited for this, as I think it would bolster the 1983 action. Problem is, he has to file it in the SDNY, not much less biased of a court than the state courts.
