A New York Appeals court on Tuesday denied Trump’s bid to appeal a gag order in Alvin Bragg’s case after a jury already returned a guilty verdict.
President Trump previously asked the Court to lift the gag order “because the trial has concluded.”
Biden’s DOJ hatchet man Matthew Colangelo earlier this month asked Merchan to keep the gag order in place to “avoid threats to the fairness of the trial itself.”

He may be sentenced to prison on January 12 and led off in handcuffs with a gag order for the duration of his confinement.
I suppose there are those that believe they won’t call for Ryker time for him.

We have no Supreme Court. Isn’t it their job to protect the rights of the American people? Why do they pretend to be deaf and blind and untouchable?
Where are American Statesmen like we had for our country’s beginning? We only need a few. Those men thought the SC they originated would actually care about the people and the country enough to intervene and protect us from evil judges and courts. Ashamed of both the SC and the US Congress.
Just more abuse of power by the judicial system.

Trump being gagged during the debate seems all part of the Dems plan. We’ve never had presidential debates in June before.
You just wait. You ain’t seen nothing yet. WHEN not IF President Trump is sentenced to 40 years in prison, that will be the ultimate gag order.
Then WHEN not IF he is elected, they will need to create the Oval Prison Cell.
WTH? Bragg and Merchan claimed to have given Trump a "fair trial", which we all know isn't true. How can lifting the gag order and allowing Trump to comment on his own conviction "threaten the fairness of the trial"?
What in the law am I missing that makes this make sense? These people DO make up crap as they go along. Show me the law section where this originates.

Sounds like NY is trying to come up with a brand new crime of “Questioning Trial Fairness”, similar to Psycho Jack Smith’s “Questioning Election Results” made-up “crime”
