Ultra Orthodox Jews, i.e. Hassidics, vote 100% for the candidate that will deliver the most regardless of party. If I recall correctly, Bill Clinton pardoned several high ranking Hassidics convicted of fraud, and 100% of Hassidic community voted to elect Hillary as NY Senator as a thank-you.

Most Jews look at abortion and consider that their most important issue..if they dont have family in israel they dont consider it to be their problem..orthodox Jews vote Republican, the rest vote Democrat regardless of anything..but I just cant understand how they can see what is going on in this country, seeing pro hamas lovers calling for their slaughter and still thinking “Yeah sure gonna vote Dem anyway” is abortion really that much more important than actual survival

Jews may be comfortable moving toward libertarian, neocon, or traditional conservative positions. However, I don't see them moving to populist positions which they associate with anti-Semitism, pogroms, etc.

Since much of Trump's support is populist conservatism, I can see lots of Jews being hesitant to become strong Trump supporters.

I heard a "debate" on the radio in 2016 between a liberal and a conservative who were both Jews. Rather than disagreeing on policies they spent the entire "debate" agreeing that whatever happened it would be a tragedy if Trump became president with both having misgivings about his populist appeal.
