Biden has certainly deteriorated and needs the help of those around him to function...but he still seems to have a functioning core that defines his outlook--one that seeks power and status through any means necessary.
The RCP average of polls has Trump +0.5.
No way in hell anyone will pull out with that score.
The problem is in 2020 the polling Sept-Nov was Biden +7. Actual results Biden +4.4%
And Biden’s numbers concentrate. He finished with an alleged 7 million vote lead. 5M of those were California and 2M in NY. In no state did Trump have over a 1M lead. So very concentrated and it is for this reason that the odds of him carrying all battlegrounds were so poor.
Regardless, the Trump lead is not overwhelming. No need to drop out.
Claiming Biden’s approval rating is in the 30’s is total, unadulterated BS.
At most, it’s in the low teens.
I could see it getting real ugly, Joe and Jill rather like the power and privilege.

The press keeps floating the idea of Biden dropping out, but where are the polls giving us Trump vs Newsom?
Elsewhere they say there is now “concern” that Biden “froze up” and seemed out of it for about a minute yesterday at the Juneteenth bash.
They’re pretending they just figured out he’s a slobbering moron in advanced decline mentally.
In the background the Dems are getting impatient to pull him off the stage soon.
Then the Replacement Candidate will look young, fresh, articulate, ready to slander Trump and soaring in popularity polls.
I’ve thought about the same thing.
