Masked protester taunts NYC Israel Day Parade with vile ‘Kill Hostages Now’ sign as families of Oct. 7th captives march

A masked maniac tried to disrupt Sunday’s Israel Day Parade, taunting marchers and supports with a vile sign reading, “Kill Hostages Now.”

The protester, wearing a black mask, black shirt and wearing a Palestinian flag as a cape, was part of a group of anti-Israel demonstrators who faced off with pro-Israeli New Yorkers near the parade route.

This year’s Israel Day Parade in New York features numerous family members of hostages who were kidnapped by Hamas and taken to Gaza on Oct. 7.

These people are beneath contempt. Hope at least some Americans will find this repugnant. Some of the hostages are Americans and all were noncombatants captured that day in Israel.

As people need to recall, the State of Israel was founded in 1948 as a Jewish homeland including for survivors of the buildup to World War II and its wartime destruction of 6 million Jews in Europe.

Maybe it is time defrock 'Islam' as a religion and downgrade it legally to an ideology. It should also be made illegal to follow it, with criminal penalties being applied.

There was a time soon after the partition of India that a ban on the Koran was being considered due to the amounts of hate in that book. Unfortunately this did not occur.
