The Republicans in Congress did not just allow this, they aided aided and abetted this. I know you don’t want to hear it. But at the end of the day, it is not Donald Trump they are going after. It is the American People.

It has actually been true for a long time. Since WW2. Maybe before.
As long as people voted for acceptable Regime “Conservatives”, the elections went thru and it looked like voting mattered and elections were real.
But if one looked closely there were huge issues that the masses didn’t want, but the elites worked together and it happened anyway.
Mass immigration, “free” trade, deindustrialization and outsourcing, financialization, endless tax increases, school busing, end of school prayer, gay marriage, entire “green” crap, LGBT school grooming.
People never wanted any of this but it didn’t matter.
The fake “conservatives” pretended to oppose it all, but never reversed any of it.
Well we did get that soft note she would vote for Trump.
An emergency appeal from NY (2nd Circuit) would go to Justice Sotomayor. She has the option of denying the appeal herself, or allowing the full court a vote to allow or deny. IMHO, she is likely to deny the appeal and allow the appeal process to progress through NY Appellate and NY Appeals courts.
