That’s what I heard Johnathan Turley say as well.
The legal doctrine is innocent until proven guilty. Until he has been convicted of a federal crime in a federal court no federal crime has been committed. The state court does not have the authority to adjudicate a federal crime.

Because he is running for President, he can bypass the appeals courts and head right to Scotus. It is a case of national interest.

I’m afraid the legal doctrines of the past 200+ years are over. This so-called “case” would never have made it to trial, much less this far, otherwise. RIP American Experiment.
