Biden plans to address Trump ‘hush money’ verdict from the White House: report

resident Biden plans to address former President Donald Trump’s Manhattan criminal trial in a “White House setting” when the jury delivers its verdict, according to a report.

The 81-year-old president’s message will be tailored to the outcome of the trial, according to Politico, but in any scenario, he intends to stress that the US legal system worked and Americans should respect the process.

Biden will deliver remarks whether the 77-year-old former president is convicted, acquitted or the jury cannot agree on a verdict.

Closing arguments in Trump’s trial over alleged hush money payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels are set to commence on Tuesday.

It is believed that the jury could reach a verdict as early as next week.

The exact timing and setting of Biden’s speech have not been definitively determined, but it won’t be done on the campaign trail, multiple sources told the outlet.

In an effort to have his remarks not perceived as being political, Biden will deliver them from the White House grounds.

Sadly, the judges, DA’s etc are all so incompetent that they had to keep lowering the bar for conviction but in the end they will make it fit whatever outcome they want.

So they plan on riding this all the way down to zero. They simply cannot fathom the damage this lawfare has done to them.

Everyone knows this trial is rigged and being driven by the White House. Yes, everyone. It is just that the diehard Trump Derangement crowd approves of the rig and wants their Trump in jail fantasy to come true at any cost.

But what the diehards and White House cannot seem to get is that this is driving people into Trump’s camp. So now, Biden’s plan is confirming for everyone that this driven by the White House? And then what, call Trump a threat to democracy?

Good luck with that.

The only thing that could help Biden would be if he came out against the legal persecution of Trump and says that he wants to beat him fair and square at the polls on Election Day. It would probably give him a boost even though his White House is behind all this. I doubt that’s going to happen though

Sounds like he wants to drive Republicans to the polls.

Did he comment on Clinton's conviction?

I would not give a plug nickel for the Judge’s life or his Daughter if they do convict as someone will get to either or both of them!

I can't for the life of me figure out what could be written in the ledger...except Lawyer fees.

Go back and see how other bills from Cohen are entered into the ledger.

There is no way any juror would possibly vote not guilty.

If they did, their life, their family’s life and their kids lives would be totally destroyed. They would be doxxed, harassed, or worse.

The democrats and the MSM will demand that.

Trump should arrange for a release of entrees in the diary showing bidet is a pervert as evidence as to how the system does not work.

I’d bet the Bronx rally opened some eyes and ears, in the WH and of those on the jury just prior to deliberations.

Look for a hung jury —with multiple hold outs to deflect/share the blame—and Biden ready to claim the glory. “No fix here...vote for me”

I’m with the “Fix is in crowd”. Now Joe can say he won’t be on the debate stage with a convicted felon. Guilty verdict Cures everything

It is personal, Biden hopes to control the narrative of his and Obama’s criminal weaponization of the government against Trump.

O’Biden’s already got his speech make up. Seems to me that the verdict was decided a long time ago...

You are missing the point of impeaching a crooked president, now that the current worthless turncoat GOPe has proved they will do nothing for this country the future impeachments from the left will not stop no matter who is president. Secondly by doing nothing the GOPe/uniparty have shown that they are not interested in any conservative movements for any votes.

This is why for example here in MI we lost both the state house and the state senate for the first time in DECADES, why is this? Because conservative leaning folks like myself just won’t turn out for RINOs anymore, it has been trending across the country for many years, that ship has sailed. To be certain Trump will bring people to the polls that normally wouldn’t, however there is no motivation to vote for most of the wretched members of congress. My once conservative congressman (Walberg R-MI) has voted for the last three big bills, the $1.2 trillion omnibus, the FISA extension, billions for the Ukes, etc. and I will not vote for this pond scum. The list is endless as these scumbags have all but ruined this nation.

On a national level a perfect example of this that the ‘red wave’ didn’t remotely happen, this is why and this current pathetic congress proved it once again. Understand that impeachment in recent decades is a political process (the rats used this on Trump twice and will do it again and again given the chance) and conviction and removal by the senate is politically deadly.

Please see the big picture that my view and millions of others has more to do with a improved republican congress than it does impeaching a brain stem. Reagan often talked about ‘all politics is local’ and remains true.

PS The Weinstein verdict being overturned was a timely hint to a jury that may feel bad about sending an innocent man to prison. Easy out thru know it will be overturned and they can walk the streets of NYC unharassed by the Progressives and their lap dog media

I disagree.

They have had a week now for their friends neighbors, relatives to warn them (in an area that is 85% anti-Trump) about what a not guilty verdict will do to their lives. I am sure they know that anyway.

On the other hand, they also know a guilty verdict on at least one count will make them national heroes—with them being toasted and honored by the MSM, Hollywand the educational elite.

We will hear ad nauseam how the “Group of 12”,,,,,SAVED OUR DEMOCRACY!

The Weinstein verdict being overturned was about a group of democrat judges being willing to do their job because the defendant was also a democrat. Had Weinstein been a republican they’d have bent over backwards to find a reason to ignore a clear constitutional violation.
