Will ‘pubbies have the balls to continue with their own lawfare?

I doubt it.

Blame the DNC, not the Ohio Republicans. The DNC should know the requirements of the various states. The DNC messed up!

Joe can still file personally I believe.

He just won’t have a D after his name.

Stupid move by the DNC, they’re great at those.

I thought the Supreme Court ruled a state couldn’t keep someone off a federal ballot.

It may have been done on purpose so Joe would have to get nominated or the ‘rats would be sure to lose Ohio electors.

At issue is the fact that the Democrat National Committee (DNC) flouted known state law in Ohio

The Anointed don't need no steeking laws!

Rats make their own rules and even break those too. What’s so hard about filing by a reasonable deadline?

I’m not sure what the legal status of the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) is, but if it had any teeth, little to no Ohio votes would be BIG.

The Democrats will have to write-in “Joseph R. Biden, Jr.”, if they know how to write.

Bad news for Bernie Moreno. Many dumb GOPers won’t show up to vote.

Some judge in Hawaii may rule that Ohio has to put Biden on the ballot.

It will be even more of a mess if they (the Democrats) decide to put in a pinch runner at the last minute.

Guaranteed some judge puts him on the ballot. Peoples right to vote for their preferred candidate is more important than silly laws. This happened in NJ when Torricelli was replaced with Lautenberg well after the law clearly permitted.

Bet the farm on it.

Its not like Ohio set a deadline to screw over the Democrats. The Democrats knew what the deadline was and chose not to meet it. They could meet that deadline if they wanted to. They are simply choosing not to.

Why should the state budge? If The Democrats don’t want Biden on the ballot in Ohio, that’s their business. I don’t imagine Sherrod Brown will be too happy about it.

The liberals and media will portray this as Republicans preventing Biden from being on the ballot.

We know that’s not really what happened here, but it will be portrayed that way.

And the liberals will point to the Supreme Court decision regarding attempts to take Trump off the ballot..

It would really mess with the Demoncrats and MSM (but I repeat myself) if DJT would contact the Republican legislators in Ohio and ask them to do whatever it takes to ensure that Biden is on the ballot. To preserve democracy, don't 'ya know.

I live in Ohio, by the way.

Hard to believe Biden will not be on the ballot. I doubt this holds. Have there been presidential candidates held off of state ballots in modern history?

Not surprised that DeWhine is still hoping for a ‘fix’ to this one.
It’s simple, really. Ohio has a ballot calendar with dates already in place. The dhimmicraps are pissing in the wind.
