Me either. They are lying by cherry picking some products they’ve probably browbeaten the manufacturers/retailers to lower. The best that I’ve seen is that some manufacturers have held the prices firm, but decreased the amount of product, etc. The government is outright lying here.

Yet you’ll hear this droned on and reported on repeatedly the next week on drive time leftist radio. They’ve even got Clark Howard repeating this sh!t.

Just left Costco and everything seemed to be ~$1.00 more.
DFW area.

Good to know-does it include non-packaged, fresh and organic items? I don’t buy/eat any processed food items like pasta, bread, flour, white rice, deli items, etc-I do buy yogurt and butter...

Good to know-does it include non-packaged, fresh and organic items? Yes, some items are. You can see what in-house brands are considered HEB by going to the website.

I like that-people in some cities made a big deal out of doing that in the 80’s-don’t know why they quit. Out here, almost all of us grow some of our own food, and many keep livestock. I’d like to see the townies grow something to eat so they can see what goes into food production...

Yeah. Did it go down 1% from the 30% it’s went up over the past two years?

The worst cities declined to report, leading to an overall lower rate.

Under Biden, I like to say it’s now Nicklecost.
