Paint splattered on floors. Spray-painted messages and screeds covering walls. Furniture moved and overturned. Security cameras disabled. Fire extinguishers missing and entrances blocked by stacks of chairs.

“We’ve got our work cut out for us,” a facilities manager at Portland State University said Thursday as he examined the destruction left behind after a three-day occupation by pro-Palestinian protesters in Millar Library.

The is a newspaper story about what was found after the pro-hamas "demonstrators" (terrorists in my opinion) were evicted from the university library. There are many pictures of the damage at the source.

That damage was the point, not somehow helping the Pals.

Portland was lost to civilization years ago. If you want to know what post "death to America" America looks like, it's Portland.

Wouldn’t it be fun if they used their library’s security cameras to hunt down and prosecute the destructive perps like the DOJ did with the J6 protesters? Plus those who were only trespassing.

Was the series ‘Portlandia’ accurate in it’s bizarre, over the top depiction of how crazy Portland has become?

Leave it. Let the protestors fester in it.

Let the good students be reminded daily of what the antisemitic soi punks took from them.

If only there were a way sort out cell phone signals to determine the perps...

Add the cost of repairs to next year’s tuition.

The operative word is "should". I prefer "will", AND THEN DO IT!

Unbelievable. I am very surprised that they left the books on the library shelves.

What are the things that look like ball bearings in cups of white powder, flour/sugar???

Every single person arrested needs to be sentenced to be in there cleaning up the mess if it takes them into next year to accomplish it! Or the year after or the year after that? Don’t care - just make it their job and their punishment!

If they are students, make sure their record follows them and they’ll never be admitted to any college again. Of course, the faculties and administrators would have to be cleaned out first...There are too many Angela Davis/Bill Ayers/Bernadine Dohrn etal still alive in our country!

I’d force the terrorists to do it, under strict supervision. And make them shower before they start. Removing the communist B.O. stink is part of the job.

Bread and water rations only until the job is done, then keep the punks in jail until their trials.

Unbelievable. I am very surprised that they left the books on the library shelves.

They currently read 1-4 pages Wikipedia if they can keep from being distracted for phone texts during it. Only Harry Potter for "long form" reading. Books are dead (infuriating to me!).

In the great 1960 version of H.G. Wells' The time Machine, the man from the past tries to find a way to educate the wimpy, weakling modern Eloi in the future (such as how to make the fingers create a fist).

He is told there are books on shelves. He says "Oh, good, this will be helpful and these, too." He tries to pick them off the shelf and they crumble like old brittle plaster in a slum. "You blew it."

They are ball bearings. Antifa shoots them at the police with sling shots, I believe. I don't know about the powder.

Not a single protest for the people of Ukraine.
None.
Of course it’s about the Jews.
