Hubby met another Vietnam Veteran today at lunch and they talked about where they were and war stories.
They welcomed each other home.
Made me cry.

Thanks, sweetie. I sat out on the deck today in the sunshine and was pretty happy to be feeling a bit better and thanking God for my little house on the farm.
I may take a walk tomorrow and take some pics. The piggy is expecting, the sheep are out on the pasture, and all of the chickens, ducks and guinea fowl are enjoying the nice weather as well.

It is scary how many people don’t know what’s going on in the world.
My granddaughter (14) got another stupid assignment for Geography in school.....something about sustainable development in our neighborhood, how it meets with U.N. expectations, etc. She has received a number of these “woke” assignments and finally my daughter has told her she is not doing them. She’s going to find out why the school is pushing this crap.....this is a private Christian high school, for which they’re forking out $18,000.00 a year! How can they be so woke??!!

That’s always been what I thought....IF he is who he portrays himself to be. He’s very smart, quick on his feet, and loves taking a strip out of any and all of the criminals in power.
He would have 4 years as VP under President Trump to prove himself and prepare for his own run. He seems to me to be the least likely VP contestant to cave to onslaught from the left.
