New York County Judge Juan Merchan has ruled that former President Donald Trump violated a gag order during his trial, holding him in criminal contempt and threatening him with jail time for any further infractions.

The Supreme Court has allowed collateral-order appeals from criminal prosecutions in only four instances:
Denials of a double jeopardy defense,
Denials of a Speech & Debate Clause immunity,
Denials of claims of excessive bail, and
Orders requiring the involuntary medication of a defendant.
Do New York state courts recognize a collateral order doctrine?
I hope whatever his daughter is going to kick back to this judge is worth destroying his reputation and career.

After the Cold War ended and Russia’s economy, military and image plunged, as crime, abortion, people emigrating from Russia surged, along came Putin.
Russia was post Cold War in a low, not unlike the low the US found itself in post Vietnam and under Carter with a depressed economy (the era of stagflation).
Also, not unlike the US where you had Reagan following Carter, with massive economic growth, national pride and ones image being restored, crime being dealt with, the military being rebuilt, and us no longer taking other peoples $hit (we were willing to push back militarily when people F’ed with us), with Reagan unappologetically conservative and Christian, so is Putin doing the same for Russia.
The view of Putin in Russia is not the same as in the West.
With mass censorship and one sided reporting in our MSM. Social media censoring, our government engaging in mass propaganda, we have created this image of Putin where he’s a monster, a mad man, and of course no one in his right mind would support him. He’s not a mad man, and unlike Biden actually able to communicate with coherent thoughts. He’s extreamly calculated, i.e. logical and predictable.
In Russia, Putin is actually quite popular.
That is not to say that Russia and our interests are not on a collision course. But, this notion of him being overthrown because Russians hate him, or him having some sort of mental illness is just Western MSM fantasy world BS.

Others can’t make his jokes about (small hands), call people names he makes up (Pocahontas, slow Joe, )... Trump is Trump and when he shows up somewhere, people show up and get revved up.
