George Alan Kelly, the Arizona rancher charged with murder in the shooting of a Mexican national on his border property, will not be retried, prosecutors with the Santa Cruz County Attorney's office said.
The state charged Kelly with second degree murder after he allegedly shot and killed a migrant, Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, on his land in January 2023.
The decision not to retry Kelly comes a week after a mistrial was declared following a deadlocked jury.
Kellyβs defense confirmed to Fox News Digital that there was "one, lone holdout" juror who wanted to convict, while the remaining jurors sought an acquittal.

They never even collected the bullet. Prosecutors have no idea who killed the victim. This was another example of targeting to create a docile population.

They didn't have a projectile and had no idea where the bullet came from or what caliber it was, but they went ahead with the case with zero evidence.
They knew they would not win, but the process is the punishment.
The legal fees probably bankrupted the poor guy, just as intended.

He screwed up their game. They were going to charge him with first degree murder and then offer him a plea to manslaughter. He knew he was innocent and took those pricks to trial. Bet that made them really mad!

Not that I wanted to see him go to jail but why didn’t the DA charge him with lesser offenses; Manslaughter, negligent homicide, reckless homicide, and such?

I suspect that the prosecution was able to talk to the jury and found that the majority would have found him not guilty.

Next up is Garland’s merry band of prosecutors...there is probably a grand jury in DC already readying an indictment of the poor guy, likely garbage about violating the trespassing illegal’s civil rights

Dead locked meaning there were people on the jury that sided with the illegal trespassing on his property.

The thing is George Kelly in all probably did not actually shoot anybody.
Which makes the entire situation so sad.
Literally innocent victim being railroaded.

They did talk to the jury which was 5-1 for acquittal. It was not an ethnic decision; this Arizona county is 83 percent Hispanic and they didn’t buy the BS from the prosecutor. God Bless this Rancher who stood up to the liars, cheats and mountebanks in the Deep State.

They did.
But the jury, being sensible people said, "nah, you need to present at least SOME evidence".
