He’s right about stripping the libs of power, he just hasn’t spelled out how to do that, other than, “we the Grays will rule”, a situation leaving all others in a status analogous to dhimmitude.

It was all fake. The tech guy was complaining that he and other Asians were being "ethnically cleansed" out of San Francisco, and the writer turned the quote around on the tech guy. More details (confusedly presented) here.
