Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said the U.S. Supreme Court should be moved to the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters, after some conservative justices suggested being open to arguments in favor of presidential immunity from prosecution for former President Trump.
“They’re politicians who are not even subject to popular election, unlike me,” Raskin said during his Thursday appearance on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut.” “They should move the Supreme Court over to the RNC headquarters because they’re acting like a bunch of partisan operatives.”
Raskin’s assessment comes as D. John Sauer, the attorney representing Trump in Thursday’s arguments regarding the former president’s immunity, suggested his client could hypothetically could order a military to eliminate his political rival and still be covered by presidential immunity.

Yeah, he really struggles every two years. He last won with 80 percent of the vote in his gerrymandered district.
There is no democrat smarmier than Raskin, though many are competing to be the smarmiest.

I was gerrymandered into his district. It’s mostly DC suburb full of federal employees and federal contractors. His base is split between big government and bigger government. Plus the tiny slice of Republican farm/suburbia where I’m at.
Raskin should be deported to Gaza.

Here is the hearing. Does it sound to you like the conservative justices went easy on Trump’s attorney? Certainly not.
Typical childish liber. If they can’t win they change the rules. Then then cheat. If caught, it is your fault. If you win, then you must be cheating like they are cheating.
That’s why we HAVE to keep the election from being stolen again. We have people looking into what the J6Committee did right now, but until we get a new DOJ we can’t get anything real done. We HAVE to get Trump in and get majorities in the legislative branch so these investigations can actually bear fruit.
That’s how we start to get a handle on this lawless situation we’ve got.
We can’t afford any in-fighting once the primaries are past. We have to do what it takes, and have to come up with solutions we can actually implement when it’s time.
