The leftists at the Harvard Crimson have spoken out against transgender athlete bans and claimed that the evidence to support the case that men have a physical advantage over women is “less conclusive.”
However, in the process of making the assertion, the article ignored all evidence to the contrary to support their own claim that transgender athlete participation is wholly benign.
In the college paper’s April 16 editorial, entitled, There Are Many Obstacles Facing Women’s Sports. Trans Athletes Aren’t One, writer Jonathan G. Yuan writes for The Crimson Editorial Board that the “science” is “less conclusive” that “transgender women hold a biological edge over their cisgender opponents.”
The science-free citation of using the political term “cisgender” aside, Yuan goes on to insist that “science” proves that men who take female hormones to “transition” lose their male strength.
“According to the National Institute of Health, testosterone levels of transgender women after 12 months of hormone therapy resemble those of their cisgender counterparts, while their muscle strength either decreases or remains unchanged after a year of treatment,” Yuan wrote.
He then sallies forth as if that was all the evidence anyone has ever presented to show that “transgender women” are on an equal playi....

Harvard has been in existence for 387 years. It has taken then that long to determine that they are “not sure” if the presence of genetic makes in female sports is harmful to females. In another 387 years they may decide it probably “is”/”is not” harmful to females - given lots of research, government funding, and a little luck.
The absolute best is when these soy boys and morbidly obese feminists say that female swimmers need to just “work harder.”
It’s not hard work. It’s also not just present testosterone level. It’s also not just testosterone levels throughout development. It’s also not just neuromuscular efficiency.
It’s a combination of physical factors that exist from conception. Hard work is a given at high levels competition. I’m sure that resisting reality all of the time is probably also difficult.
Exactly. There are studies that demonstrate the field tilts toward males who have transitioned. In terms of cardiac output low normal levels in women are pathological in men.
Fight Fiercely Harvard!
Dogma over facts.
Do you have links to these studies?
Harvard study?
They produce a lot of lawyers don’t they?
And judges and justices to the so-called “supreme” court?
Guess I’m prejudiced but I don’t trust anyone who aspires to hold a position where they sit in an elevated position and wear black robes.
Nearly every judge and justice appointed to the federal judiciary is nothing more than a cheap political hack who scored a lifetime appointment.
The fact that they sit on high and surround themselves in somber ceremonial trappings does not change that fact.
The fact that Trump sits on trial today and Hunter Biden has yet to face a jury on any charge is an INDICTMENT of the judicial system.
This is a TRAVESTY.
Our judicial system is the weakest link of our Republic’s three branches.
George Soros recognized this, exploited the weakness, and we are now living in a mere shell of what was a Free Republic.

Unclear as in whether Bolt’s 9.58 sec.is faster than Griffith-Joyner’s 10.49 sec. (both current world records) for the 100m? Wait a sec., . . . Advantage Bolt.
