New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan has yet to say that former President Donald Trump can attend his son Barron Trump’s high school graduation, refusing to rule on the former president’s request to not attend the trial that specific day for that event.
Monday was the start of the criminal trial at the hands of Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who charged Trump with 34 felonies, accusing him of falsifying business records in relation to payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels. As Breitbart News pointed out, Trump is not being accused of “covering up a sex scandal.” Trump has denied all charges against him, but, if convicted, he could face jail time.
While jury selection has begun in the criminal trial, Trump’s attorneys are looking ahead and have requested that Trump be able to skip the trial on May 17 so he can attend his son Barron’s high school graduation, which is taking place in his home state of Florida. According to Business Insider, Merchan has acknowledged the request but has refused to make a ruling.

He and every repugnic-nt from the local to the national level FAILED to do a single thing about securing the 2020 election. And The Stable Genius never once asked for help preventing (or organized a single person to help stop/mitigate) voter fraud. It was all a onanistic praise fest where he got to riff and bloviate and feel like a rock star while accomplishing nothing.

You are misunderstanding their mental deficiencies. They do not care, but more importantly, they are not CAPABLE of caring. They do not have the ability to empathize and care only about power and control over others, i.e. winning. They are predators; stone cold killers—it’s what motivates and excites them. Their Raison d’etre.

This judge is a proud puppet of the frenzied, socialist shriekers.
He will turn down Trump’s request, and expect to be praised like a good dog. And, then again, maybe he will surprise us all.

Not for a minute. Read almost anything on social media and the morons are gloating over Trump being charged with felonies. They are breathless in anticipation of his incarceration. It’s bad. Really bad.

It is the defendant's "Right" to be present, but there is no legal "Obligation".

It seems to me that on general principles, she could have
stated she would view that favorably if at all possible.
She just wants to toss her weight around, as if she has

This is another case that will be tossed upon appeal.
These guys are simply harassing Trump as much as they

I’m not worried. If Joe can campaign from his basement, Trump can campaign from the courthouse.
If the judge refuses to let him go to his son’s graduation ceremony in Florida, then I think even the imbeciles on the left will understand this is nothing but a ploy, and it will make the judge look VERY bad. Perception is everything.
