Maybe yes or it may be an effort to get the 1st Female President
to serve the USA. Re-elect the current occupants and then the
President steps down and VP Harris moves up into the Presidency.
With correct timing then Harris could serve 10 yrs minus one day.
That assumes she could be re-elected for the next two full terms.
