I saw a claim somewhere that since Fatti sWill-ass the Ghettopotamus is “farce enlawment”, she can do anything she wants when it comes to violating the wiretap law.

She should be brought up before the Georgia Bar Association on perjury AND malfeasance in office with Wade. Disbarment the goal

She won’t recuse herself, so will anyone in Maryland go after her? Even if she has broken the law there? I bet she won’t be arrested, but if she is, I can’t wait to see her perp walk and mug shot.

As much as I distrust Newsweek, I have to admit that there is a change occurring there. Very confusing to my addled brain, yet well received on it's occasional foray into telling the truth. 🤣

Let's pray it turns into a sea change and that it is like the Covid virus in that it spreads quickly to other outlets dispensing the news for the truth to be received by more people, but is a beneficial virus that promotes freedom & no vaccine can be introduced. 👍

[[”I don’t want to put a black woman in Jail. ]]

What has a person’s color got to do with the fact that they broke the law?

She wasn’t “threatened with jail”, at least not by anyone with the power to put her there.

Fani Willis Told to Recuse Herself From Trump Case or Face Jail
<>Trump's co-defendant demands DA Willis "recuse herself by noon on Monday."
<>seems Willis may have violated the Maryland Wiretap Act:
<>Act prevents recorded private in-person or phone communiques without OK of all parties.
<>a majority of states have one-party recording consent laws when one person agrees,
<>11 states, including Maryland, require two-party consent.

Letting he stay in the first place was wrong.. It gave her a sense she could do all that and it was okay.
She should have been removed and law license taken.

Floyd suggested that Willis' office may have violated the Maryland Wiretap Act, under which it is unlawful to record any private in-person conversation or telephone communication unless you are a party to the conversation and have the permission of all of the parties.

But, but, but what if Willis doesn't know the law? Just kidding - Willis thinks she's above the law. If Willis had been white she would have been disbarred weeks ago...

She is also using the call between Trump and Georgia illegally.

Call was recorded from Florida, a two party consent state.

Fani is finding out what happens when a person is attacked from all fronts.

Fani will be so busy defending herself that no time will be left for her to prosecute anything.

And Fani will not have time to get herself re-elected.
