The Can$34-billion (US$25 billion) Trans Mountain pipeline expansion project was a troubled private sector plan taken over by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government in 2018 to ensure it went ahead. It will carry 600,000 additional barrels per day of oil from Alberta to Canada’s Pacific coast for shipping overseas.
Built alongside an existing 1,150-kilometer (715-mile) line erected in 1953 that already moves about 300,000 barrels of oil per day, it was meant to increase market access for the world’s fourth largest oil exporter and get a better return for Canadian crude.”

Imagine how hated Bukele must be by most of those public “servants”! I hope his security is good, and that the security is not being investigated as well!
Well, more production is definitely a good thing. I do wonder, however, at the motives of Turdeau. He’s hardly concerned about the oil industry, or the survival of Canadians.
Exit, can you imagine if President Trump announced this in January? Oh my goodness....any remaining unexploded or unmelted heads would not survive that one!

We love because he first loved us.
As Xavier prepares for the birth of his first child, I’m praying he’ll enjoy trying to out-love his son as they make sweet memories. But as I prepare to be a grandmother, I’m amazed at how much I loved my grandson from the moment Xavier and his wife told us they were expecting a baby.
The apostle John affirmed that Jesus’ love for us gives us the ability to love Him and others (1 John 4:19). Knowing He loves us gives us a sense of security that deepens our personal relationship with Him (vv. 15-17). As we realize the depth of His love for us (v. 19), we can grow in our love for Him and express love in other relationships (v. 20). Not only does Jesus empower us to love, but He also commands us to love: “And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister” (v. 21). When it comes to loving well, God always wins. No matter how hard we try, we can’t out-love God! .
