judge this month dropped gun charges against an illegal migrant in Illinois, sparking further debate about the rights associated with the Second Amendment.
U.S. District Court Judge Sharon Coleman of the Northern District of Illinois referenced lower court rulings in dismissing firearm possession charges against Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who was illegally or unlawfully in the United States when he possessed a handgun in the Little Village neighborhood of Chicago on June 1, 2020.
"The Court finds that Carbajal-Flores' criminal record, containing no improper use of a weapon, as well as the non-violent circumstances of his arrest do not support a finding that he poses a risk to public safety such that he cannot be trusted to use a weapon responsibly and should be deprived of his Second Amendment right to bear arms in self-defense," Coleman, who was appointed under President Barack Obama, wrote in her eight-page ruling filed March 8

Thanks! I did a title search, but it was apparently worded differently.
Judges who give rights to illegals have forfeited their own right to life....... and liberty and happiness
Nor should they be able to own land. Very few countries allow non-citizens to own land. For obvious reasons.
They didn’t think this through. If “constitutional” restrictions on gun ownership don’t apply to illegal aliens, then they CANNOT apply to citizens.
If the law is followed how could an illegal pass the test?
Well now maybe Mexico will start flooding the US with all those rifles Bush Sr said we could no longer import for sale.
I’m sorry, but that’s untrue. “Citizen” is mostly used in the constitution to describe a qualification for office. The “people” of the united states were clearly meant to include only those that met legal requirements to be here.
…in New York and California (where Americans cannot)?
And we all know how well search works.
Possibly a precedent when the 1990s slogan was out:
If Guns Are Outlawed What Will We Use To Shoot Liberals.
Now for the millions of illegals “what will we use to shoot the Americans?”
Judge deserves to be tarred and feathered and run out of town on a rail...
That said, at some point we will have to take the authority away from the state to protect our own survival. And nothing is more dangerous than kind people who have nothing left to loose.
no such thing as an ‘undocumented immigrant’ there is however such a thing as ILLEGAL INVADERS-
and who the heck thinks it’s a good idea for criminals here illegally to be allowed to own guns? They aren’t citizens, and as such should have no rights as actual legal citizens do!
Undocumented Immigrants Have Right to Own Guns!
So,
after they ‘squat’ in your house and change the locks, they can stop at the gun store with their border credit cards, then head on to the emergency room to see if they can get some ozempic because they’re obese...
then it’s time to pick up the kids at school and complain because the teacher doesn’t speak ‘numbnuts’ with the right accent...
and THEN, off to pick up their new Range Rover (how they drive nice cars is beyond me...) so that they can go to Target and Cosco and load up with everything they ever wanted..
and then back ‘home’ where they stand inside at the window and stick their tongues out at the real home owners who don’t have the ‘right’ to evict them,...
Atlas Shrugged
And we are bankrupting the nation to do all that.
I have never seen such a collection of crooks like we have in Washington, and I have never seen a collective of such limp dick RINOs who have failed to unite and defend the nation, especially in the Senate.
If we do not reverse this demographic invasion, then there soon will be wide spread violence as citizens do the job in place of the defunded police and ICE.Then there will be war.
We need PDJT badly.
