EVER SINCE RIGHT-WING influencers orchestrated a boycott of Anheuser-Busch products last year for collaborating with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney, they have been foaming at the mouth for a new product to boycott for incredibly stupid, hateful reasons. First, it was Frosted Flakes, due to its mascot posing for a photo with Mulvaney at the Tony Awards (a cultural event beloved by the right due to the absence of LGBTQ people in musical theater). Then, it was Cracker Barrel, because during Pride Month, the restaurant chain had the temerity to acknowledge the existence of gay people on its socials.

I have seen various posts about this, but I have not seen the swell of outrage like with bud lite.

It is almost like the various news platforms and social media sites learned from the Dylan thing and have heavily suppressed what might be considered mainstream views.

I have not heard anything about this on any radio news shows.

It seems that the first one was salacious but no one really cares to do do a story on this one.

I had to look up Samantha Hudson this afternoon because I wasn’t even aware of who this person was. Talk about ugly and unattractive. She makes Dylan Mulvaney look like a Miss America candidate.

As for now, Doritos made the right move in firing this individual after his horrific history was exposed.

Consider this: If a company makes a dumb move like this, and we demand a course correction, and the company obliges, what message do we send by punishing them all the same, just as harshly? Would they not make the calculation that they’re irredeemable and thus fully entrench to the left anyway, and perhaps do even worse things? That’s what the left tries to do to us.

A better approach is “carrot and stick.” Doritos fired the guy and thus gets the carrot for now. To be sure they’re on probation. I would love to see a promise to “do better” and never make a hiring decision like this again. Furthermore, whoever made this hire needs to be shown the door.

If, in the future, Doritos slips again, then comes the stick, with which they should be beaten mercilessly (aka, Bud Lighted).
