“For the reasons given, responsibility for enforcing Section
3 against federal officeholders and candidates rests with
Congress and not the States. The judgment of the Colorado
Supreme Court therefore cannot stand.
All nine Members of the Court agree with that result.”

Looks like the Maine Secretary of State has much deserved egg all over smug face this morning. Nah, she'll just move on to another travesty. She's awaiting her orders.

"Congress has the authority not states." And the House charged him and the Senate acquitted him and that is the end of it.

Biden set a precedent for ignoring/bypassing the Court (on student loans) so let’s see how this ruling plays out. States dominated by the Left often play by their own rules (e.g., the sanctuaries issues, gun laws, cooperation with ICE, etc.).

9-0 Decision means that the Dems will campaign on regaining the house and getting 60 Senate Seats to deal with Trump.

What are the odds that Maine and a few other states will flip the bird to the SCOTUS and continue pressing forward with keeping Trump off of their ballots?

Libs are in circle jerk melt down. Totally expected decision. However the court didn’t rule on President Trump
That he did not engage in any “ insurection” on Jan 6( Not an issue to contemplate).

This Concurrence is garbage. Three witches of MacWethen actually conjure “state’s rights” from which they would recoil from in any other case; going so far as to remind us the last time it happened, it was their demon madre RBG in Bush v Gore. The Concurrence would simply move the same action to a Federal Court with prescreptive demands on Congress. I depise such cowardice from women.

Correct. A ruling like this doesn’t deter them; it only deepens their resolve to push harder because there are never any repercussions that affect their careers. Their sole objective is advancing the liberal agenda. Nothing else matters.

Troubling in what way? She was out voted. The five justice majority is solid. Or do you mean as another sign of her wishy-washy Ness?
